Start with your customer journey
Map the path from discovery to purchase before selecting a platform. A retailer may need product demonstrations and a fast mobile checkout. A B2B supplier may need detailed capability pages and a sales conversation. A local service business may need accurate search information and a simple booking process. National digital adoption figures provide context, but they do not establish demand for your specific offer. Ask recent customers where they first heard about you and what helped them decide.
Use short-form video to answer real questions
Build videos around product use, common objections and behind-the-scenes expertise. Test English, Urdu or a natural mix according to the audience. One video should explain one thing clearly. For a clothing business, fabric detail, fit and delivery expectations can be more useful than a generic brand montage. Secure permission for customer footage and disclose paid creator relationships. Judge content by useful enquiries and downstream behaviour as well as views.
Connect advertising to follow-up
An ad is the start of a journey. Match its promise to the landing page or WhatsApp conversation and decide who owns the next response. Record the source, qualification status and outcome of each enquiry. Review repeated sales objections with the creative team so the next round of advertising sets better expectations. A modest campaign with disciplined follow-up can be more informative than a large campaign with missing records.
Prepare for search beyond a list of links
Keep service pages clear, accurate and technically accessible. Publish original explanations, comparisons and evidence that customers can verify. These foundations help traditional search and make content easier for AI systems to interpret; they do not guarantee an AI mention. Treat SEO and AI visibility as connected work, with regular checks of both discovery and business outcomes.
Make retention part of the plan
Define helpful post-purchase communication, replenishment reminders and referral opportunities where they fit. Use permission-based messaging and simple opt-outs. Avoid buying contact lists. Start with a 90-day plan: fix measurement, test a small creative set, improve the weakest conversion step and review customer quality. Expand only when the evidence supports it.
